On May 17, 2019, Taiwan became the first country in Asia where same-sex couples can legally marry. Taipei City has set up a “Rainbow Six” rainbow landscape at Exit 6 of Ximending MRT Station to encourage everyone to respect human rights and promote a friendly environment for gender equality. The Red House
